Album Release Show/KINK Interview/KZME In-Studio and More Shows!
It’s been a busy couple weeks for Bradley and those crazy Charlatans.
First off, BWC would like to thank everyone who came out on St. Patty’s Day and helped us Celebrate our Album Release. It was an amazing show by us and you all had a great time. Pictures and videos will be posted soon...
Going backwards slightly, Bradley was on KINK, KZME, KPAM for interviews and in-studio performances the week before, all of which were awesome.
Here is the KINK interview and song feature:
Also, due to the success and awe-inspiring nature of our glorious return to Live Shows(after our pre-album release promotional hiatus), we have booked more, with even more to come, across the Northwest. If you love us, as you should, but unfortunately are not in the PacNorthwest, don’t worry we are working on setting up some tours later this year once we Rock everyone out here... Stay Tuned.
KINK Compilation CD
Bradley Wik and the Charlatans have been chosen to be on KINK’s Homegrown Music Volume 5 CD! Featuring many great local artists, the CD is available starting July 4th at New Seasons. KINK is also having the old BWC out for their Noon Tunes Summer Concert series at Pioneer Square. Look for us August 7th at, in case you weren’t paying attention, Noon...
Music Video Available!!
BWC’s First Music Video is all done and ready for your eyes to feast upon, as we are pretty darn good to look at if I may say so myself, and I can, so I just did. BWC cannot thank Brett Roberts and Noel enough for making the video not only awesome, but very fun to make. We had a great time making it and now its your turn to enjoy. Watch it HERE and tell all your friends how cool it is...
BWC would also like to thank everyone who came out and supported us this Summer. It was a very fun and busy time for us and we had an amazing time sharing our music with all of you all over the states of Oregon and Washington. We logged countless miles up and down I-5 and out to eastern Oregon(whatever highway that is), consumed way too much booze and caffeine along the way and loved every minute of it. We will make our best effort to see all of you sooner than later, BUT, in the mean time, Please tell everyone you know about how awe-inspiring we are. Burn copies of our cd, bootleg it on the internet or listen to it free HERE. Thanks again to all who love us and listen and are truly what makes us continue on in the battle to make great music popular again...
Bridgeport Brewing/KINK sponsored Local show and... BWC’s international debut! and... Music Video?
First and foremost, BWC would like to give immense thanks to all of you who came out to Jimmy Mak’s last Friday Night(which is for the Drinkers if you were unaware, check the MUSIC page) and stayed up past your bedtimes, which apparently in Portland is about 11pm(what’s the deal?), and Rocked out to a seriously amazing performance by us, BWC. BWC was very honored to be able to play on the same stage that has held so many wonderful musicians like the incomparable Mel Brown and his many talented incarnations and Bradley was lucky enough to see Martha Reeves there fairly recently, which was such an amazing, beautiful night. Also, big thanks to KINK FM and Bridgeport Brewing for sponsoring the gig...
In other news, we turn to, well, still us. Anyways, BWC has officially broken overseas. BWC and our song “Friday Night is for the Drinkers” was featured on international radio in the Netherlands, Meer Radio to be exact. The show is called Goodnoise and is hosted by Gerrit Caspers. It is very exciting and an honor, and is very rewarding to see all the work we put into the album paying off and getting the recognition that we deserve. After all we are totally awesome...
And last but not least we turn to... Just kidding. BWC’s music video for “Friday Night is for the Drinkers” is very nearly ready to Debut to the World! Very Soon you will be able to not only enjoy the aural stimulations of that amazing song as we will also stimulate your eyeballs so you really get the full BWC treatment. Keep one of those eyeballs out and ready...
As always BWC would like to say:
If you enjoy our music half as much as we do, then we enjoy it twice as much as you...
Q: What have those Crazy Charlatans been up to lately?
A: Outside of just being really, really, ridiculously good-looking, we have been recording with Brianne Kathleen and working up new material. And if you don’t believe us, we have proof(of recording and being good-looking).
Brianne Kathleen’s new record is a bit more Rockin’ than her first and is sounding AMAZING insofar..
BWC’s “Friday Night is for the Drinkers” is KZME’s Video of the Month!! Check it out HERE
